- Billing issues (credit my account, hold my payment, refund-prorated monthly bill)
- We will cancel billing on your account effective November 1st. When the billing stops a refund may appear on your account for any un-used service charges. If you elect to cancel your services with us at this time, we will refund those charges to you.
- If you have signed up within the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period, all charges will be refunded to you.
- We will not be refunding any fees paid other than monthly service charges. There may be special circumstances that will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- How to use a hotspot (be aware of data charges)
- Most Cell phone companies allow for your smartphone to be used as a wifi hotspot to give you internet service. Be aware that data cap overage rates may apply to your particular cell phone company. Check with them for what the data cap limit is for your particular plan. You may be able to upgrade to a higher data cap plan on a month to month basis until you’re able to find a better long term solution with ShastaBeam or another provider

- Shastabeam LTE
- SHASTABEAM ORDERS NEW LTE EQUIPMENT FOR 4 LOCAL TOWERS – Shastabeam has ordered NEW LTE Equipment for 4 of it towers which are located in areas full of Beacon Wireless Customers. We will be installing this new equipment in the next 4-6 weeks. This new service works much the same as our current BEACON service except it is located on ShastaBeam towers rather than Cell Company Towers.
